This is true for desperate days, but perhaps more so for the days when all is going well and when we are prone to elevate self, others, and things while forgetting (or ignoring) Whose rule and love alone is everlasting. Grateful that the Psalmist sets the example of starting the day--whatever it may hold--on the right foot.
